Returns & exchanges

Not happy with your 15:21 product? You have an open purchase: you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging is not required.
• Please pack your return in a box or bag.
• We need your order number as proof of purchase.
• We can only accept returns of items bought at 1521store.com.

How to return an item

1. Email our customer care at information@1521store.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
2. Tell us whether you want a refund or a new item (exchange).
3. Write your order number and your name on a note and send it together with the item to the return address we give you by email.

Return shipping

You pay for the return shipping. If you are sending your return from outside Sweden, you are also responsible for the transport risk, so we recommend a tracked service. For parcels from outside the EU, please mark the customs declaration as "return" - otherwise we may be charged import duties and cannot process the return.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we refund the original payment method. The money will be back with you within a maximum of 14 days from the day we received and approved your return.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for another 15:21 product, as long as the item you want is in stock.

Missing parcel

If your parcel has not arrived, please let us know within 90 days of your order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
